How does the whole process work?

We have made buying cryptocurrency easy. Simply open a new account. Choose the currency you’d like to order and upload a piece of ID. Once verified, you will receive an invoice to make your payment. Everything is processed automatically and you’ll receive your currency in your account wallet.

What are the costs?

There is no commission rate and currency conversion rates are approximately 2% and built into the price you see to keep things simple.

Do I need to provide ID?

Once you have placed an order, simply upload an ID that matches the information on your account. You only need to go through this process once.

How long does verification take?

ID verification is done in less than 30 minutes usually alongside order verification!

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept major credit cards through online invoicing as well as bank to bank transfers.

How long will delivery take?

Once an order is paid for, it is placed into processing which normally occurs within minutes. For withdrawal requests, it can take up to 7 days from your payment date. This is entirely dependent on the security clearance of payment to prevent credit card reversal fraud.

What is the minimum and maximum I can purchase?

Where do I store the coins?

Once you place an order, a currency wallet will be activated on your account. You’ll be able to see the balance at anytime by logging in.

Can I sell my coins?

At this time we do not provide users the ability to sell their cryptocurrency. However, this is something we are looking to implement sometime in 2019.

What is your refund policy?

There are no refunds on cryptocurrency purchased. That would be the same as selling coins which we do not currently offer but are looking to implement in mid 2018.
